The A.P. Mulligan Senior Citizen Court in kinkora was named in memory of Mrs. Gladys Mulligan’s husband, Aden. P. Mulligan. Gladys donated four acres of land in the center of kinkora for the building of senior housing in the village. It was opened in 1966. In 1973 six more units were added to the court which could now accomidate twenty two people.
